In chapter 9, the 5th angel sounds, and a star fell from heaven unto the earth; and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. The bottomless pit (of time) is opened (as the date is given for the reign of this 'pole star') and there arises a smoke out of the pit; and the sun and air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. There came out of the smoke locusts ('L'-'o'-see-us-'t's) upon the earth. They had power as scorpions of the earth have power. They would hurt men without the seal of GOD. They had a King over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit (of time), whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon ('a'-'b'-add-on) but in Greek Apollyon ('a'-many-on). Those who understand these things will bring others to enlightenment but many will be left in the dark for their lack of study on the things of God.
Then the 6th angel sounds ('Kochab'); and there are loosed the 4 angels, which are bound in the Great river Euphrates. They were loosed to slay (possibly by the double-edged S-word of Jesus' mouth) the 1/3 part of men. The number of the army of horsemen were 200,000,000 (possibly stars). Them that sat on the horses (horse quadrants of 'a', 'b', 'c' and 'd) had breastplates of fire (red), and of Jacinth (blue), and Brimstone (yellow). The heads of the horses were as Lions, and out of the mouths of them that sat on them issued fire and smoke and brimstone. The power was in the mouths and tails. Their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them do they hurt. Maybe this could be referring to the constellations of 'Draco' and 'The Little Dipper', which have heads and tails. The pole star 'Thuban' is situated in the tail of 'Draco' and 'Eltamin' is at its head. The pole star 'Polaris' is in the tail of 'The Little Dipper' and 'Kochab' is in its head.
